Terms of Sale

Terms: By placing an order customers accept and agree to terms and conditions of A C Roeth Truck Parts (ACRTP).

Prices: Prices listed are for parts only and don't include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties. They are subject to correction or change without notice. A C Roeth Truck Parts reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Sales and Use Taxes: Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.

Shipping Charges: Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with costs and handling fees paid by A C Roeth Truck Parts and charged to customer. Orders over U.S. $400 (including any backorders) are shipped freight free. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for special handling, or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon shipment to carrier. Vendor drop-shipped products are excluded from our standard freight policy and the customer is responsible for freight on drop-ship products.

Payment Terms: A C Roeth Truck Parts accepts Master Card and Visa. By placing an order you are authorizing us to use your credit card for the purchase.

Product Return: Product returns must be made within two months from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. ACRTP will issue a Return Goods Authorization, RGA, for all returns When returning an item, please print, complete and submit the RGA form. Fax the completed form to 571.292.9755

Warranty

A C Roeth Truck Parts does not provide a warranty for any parts it sales. All warranties are provided by the part’s manufacturer For information on a particular manufacturer’s warranty, please click the manufacturer’s name on the Linecard page. This will take you to their web site where that information will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non- Truck Parts infringement of intellectual property rights are specifically disclaimed.

Limitation of liability: A C Roeth Truck Parts shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. A C Roeth Truck Parts’s liability, in all circumstances, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.

Cancellation: All product order cancellations must be approved by us prior to shipping, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges.

Product Information

Product information and material safety data sheets (“msds”) are prepared and supplied by the manufacturers. ACRTP makes no warranties and expressly disclaims all liability for accuracy of the information in any MSDS.
